Common questions

My launch failed. Did I lose SOL?

No. Seppi simulates every launch and trade before your wallet asks you to sign, and Solana transactions either complete or don't happen at all. If it failed, nothing was charged except, at most, a tiny network fee.

My trade failed with "price moved".

The price moved past your slippage limit between the quote and the trade, so the trade was cancelled and you kept your SOL. Try again, or raise slippage a little on fast-moving coins.

Why is the fee so high in the first two minutes?

That's the anti-sniper fee. It starts at 50% and falls to 1% over two minutes, so bots that buy the first block pay for it. If you wait two minutes, you pay the normal 1%.

What happens when a coin graduates?

When its curve holds 85 SOL (3 on devnet), the coin moves to a Meteora pool with its liquidity locked forever. From then on it trades on Jupiter and every Solana DEX; the coin page links there.

How do I claim my creator fees?

Open your coin's Trade page with the wallet that launched it. A "Claim fees" button shows how much is waiting and sends it to your wallet.

I forgot my Seppi wallet passcode.

Nobody can reset it, including Seppi, because only you hold the key. If you backed up the key, choose "I have a key to import" in the wallet sheet and set a new passcode.

What does the safety grade mean?

It's computed live from Solana: mint and freeze authority, locked metadata, Seppi's launch rules, locked liquidity, how much the creator holds, top-10 concentration, how many coins the same wallet launched, and community reports. A good grade means the token and its liquidity can't be rugged. It doesn't mean the price will go up.

How do I report a scam coin?

Open the coin's Trade page and use "Report this coin" at the bottom. The number of open reports shows on its safety score, and the team reviews every one.
